**** What's the different between Ready Stock and PreOrder?****
Ready Stock:
~After order, stock wil be reserve for 3 days.
~ Please make payment within 3 days after place order. After 3rd day, the product(s) wil be open for sale again.
~Payment before 3p.m , the products will be send on that day。
~Payment after 3p.m, the products wil be send on the next day.(only applicable on Monday-Friday) .
~No posting on Saturday and Sunday.
PreOrder:
~Stock will reach one month after due date。
Attn: the duration is not count from the day of placing order。
~Once stock reach, will need 1-2 days for stock arranging,you will get SMS from us before stock been send out,
~If there is out of stock/ temporary out of stock,you wil receive E-mail from us, please make replacement (ready stock) within 1 week。Or else the balance wil be recorded for next purchase. Stock will be send out automatically after one week if we did not get any reply from customer。
**Bags**
Zip unfunctional, Large sruface area of stain(1cmx1cm). Accept same pattern same color exchange, if no additional stock , other pattern can be exchange.
Below are not the reason to exchange or replace:
(1)thread、folded、color differ
(2)fault which not affect the whole view ,eg: little stain.
(3) real item and picture are slightly different in color, finest, and others
(4) We will not serve buyer who: do not willing to provide the picture of faulty item ; not willing to contact with our MSN customer service,; not willing to return the bag directly; spoiling the products
(5)bag which is spoil during courier service,packaging not complete,buyer should not accept and contact us, we will discuss the problem with the courier service.After receive, there will be refuse to entertain。Please take note!
6:Exchangable Duration:After received, if replacement needed, must contact us within 24hours(Email us the item's photo). After 24 hours,there will be refuse to entertain.
7:For Sold item which is already Out Of stock in our website, there are no replacement service provided.
If there is replacement needed, please Email or MSN us within 24 hours and provide the photo of the faulty to get exchange. Postage are beare by buyer. This is due to our low rate of profit which we provide wholesale price to our customer; and every batch have some percentage of faulty. We still caring to reduce this problem to happen. However, when replacement needed, postage cannot be contributed by us due to our profit are lesser than the postage fee. Hope thay buyer understand.
